Preventative Health
We offer annual physical exams, well woman exams, breast cancer screening, dietary counseling, smoking cessation counseling, laboratory screening, colon cancer screening, and x-ray and EKG testing.
Mental Health
Medication evaluation and management, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, adolescent attention deficit.
Pediatrics
We offer well child exams, immunizations, sick visits, sports physicals, and medical management.
Women’s Health
We offer well woman exams, birth control management, menopausal management, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and STD screening.
Medicare Wellness
An annual wellness exam is a once-a-year visit to your provider covered by Medicare. This exam may lower your risk of illness or injury by identifying your health risks and gives us the opportunity to reduce those risks. An annual wellness exam visit is not a traditional, head-to-toe physical, and does not include discussion of new problems or detailed review of chronic conditions.
